Pole-Fit Longton Terms and Conditions
Please note all Terms and Conditions below MUST be adhered to when attending any Pole-Fit class, course, event or party.
Participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and a class Informed consent form prior to participation. Any health related concerns must be reported to the instructor before attending (on failing to do so you can be ask to leave).
Participants are required to warm up, due to health and safety, anyone arriving after the warm up will not be able t take part in that session.
By attending Pole Fit classes - courses - tasters - workshop you are agreeing to participate knowing - Warning! While we make every effort to ensure the safety of individuals training here at Pole Fit…. Any activity involving motion or height may result in serious injury, paralysis or even death.
It is IMPORTANT that each student listens and follows instructors instructions, report accidents, reports apparatus concerns and spot fellow students at ALL times.
And in attending the classes - courses - workshops you agree that yourself, family members or legal representatives will not attempt to sue/claim against Pole Fit or Pole Fit Instructors for personal injury/death whether caused by negligence or not.
CLASSES
For classes at Pole Fit, payment is required in advance to secure your booking.
Use the online booking system to secure spaces on chosen classes.
There is a 24-hour cancellation period which must be executed on the online booking system or no refund is given While every effort is made to ensure that your class commences, Pole Fit reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class.
PRIVATE TUITION
Notice will be required to cancel your place on a private class, depending on the instructor notice is 24-48hrs. If the required 24-48 hours notice is given, you will not be charged for the cancellation. If less than 24-48 hours notice is given - this will be deemed a 'late cancellation' and you will be charged for the class.
PARTIES
Pole Party deposits are half the full amount, with the remaining full amount payable no later than a week before the party.
Pole parties deposits must be received in advance of the chosen date and are non refundable.
MEMBERSHIPS
Each membership has 10 day cancellation notice period.
Participants under sixteen years old must have a responsible adult booking them on to classes. They must be taken into the studio and signed over to an instrcutor taking the class. After the class has finished the responsible adult is required to collect the child from the instructor .
